Today, we're sharing the story of a woman who doesn't see Afghans as terrorists or hate them without knowing them. Instead, she emphasizes the rights of Afghan women and girls from a faraway land and fights for them in her own way.

Pawya Olen, a 53-year-old woman from Finland with six children and two grandchildren, works as a practical nurse and teacher. She loves Afghanistan and has shown it by tattooing her love for Afghanistan on her hand.

She says, "At the age of fifty-two, after getting my first tattoos, I made a decision to write the word 'Afghanistan' with four hearts representing my first four Afghan friends on my hand." This act symbolizes her love and respect for Afghanistan and her Afghan friends.

Since each tattoo has a special meaning, by getting this tattoo she made the name "Afghanistan" a permanent part of herself.

Pawya explains that she has tattooed the most important things in her life on her body, and Afghanistan is her third tattoo, which she recently got. She plans to get another symbol of Afghanistan tattooed on her body in the future.

She adds that her love and interest in Afghanistan has made her research and study about this country for many years. She has read different books about Afghanistan, including The War Diary of a Pediatrician, Girls of the Bright Sun (which is about Afghanistan after the Taliban), The Land of Opium, and A Guide to Islam.

Ever since she was young, Pawya has been watching news about Afghanistan on TV and had less knowledge of this country. She always had a great interest in the country. Later on, her work has also helped her become more familiar with Afghanistan and its people.

She has watched many documentaries, read many books, and listened to news about Afghanistan. She describes the situation of women and girls in Afghanistan as very sad and difficult.

Pawya believes that Afghan women are brave. She emphasizes their rights to work, education, and a peaceful and stable country.

She appreciates the work of the "Woman Post" movement. Besides, she believes that it has been effective in achieving its clear goals with the help of public figures.

It's important to note that the "Woman Post" initiative has always supported the fight for freedom and justice and continues to stand up for people's rights.
